Let's call the whole thing auf.

Oh, to be Miss Understood. How is it that you can say the same sentence with the same sentiment as someone sitting right next to you, but you get vilified, and they get the laugh? They point out someone's lisp and you point out the unzipped pants and you somehow are judgmental while they are witty. You mention the obvious and truthful state of affairs, and you are the pessimist. They give a litany of names to blame for their bad decisions, and they are the happy, free spirit.

This unfair assessment has come to paralyze your social contribution: fear of saying something wrong leads to saying nothing at all leads to friends'/family's misjudgment leads to antisocialism. Perhaps if you laugh after everything you say? That's what they do. Perhaps if you imbibe more? That's what they do. Frequently say how great you are? That's what they do.

Tomato. Tomahto. No difference. But, ye, how so many mistake fake sweetener for real sugar.
